They gave, what? A 4 day notice? We've been on the fence. It's a lot of money. But I can't imagine they'll do this many (if any) more times.

This happens all the time at shows, especially in arenas.......and especially if you're dancing through the crowd with some kind of inflatable above your head or anything that might be a target.

    Curveball Festival, Watkins Glen, NY

Supposedly WGI left it up to Phish Inc. to figure out the water situation on their own, a bit of a logistical nightmare, and didn't do too much to help them with bringing in all the trucks because of concers about ground conditions. There are paved roads all over WGI so who knows. I have no idea if that's true or not but that's what's been going around.

    Phish Rumor Thread

Free show on the Central Park main lawn would be peachy. It won't happen. But it would be great. If Pearl Jam can do it, Phish certainly can as well.

They should play sat & sun at the carrier dome in Syracuse. That place is huge and I imagine wide open right now.

Completely shell shocked. Going to meet another RV and party since we're getting charged. Feel really terrible for people in much worse shape than us NY'ers. So sorry everyone. Fuckin A.

Agreed. WG sits on elevated ground and I would imagine has pretty good drainage. Not to say there won't be mud, but overall it should be OK at this site. This isn't a corn field in VT. It's designed to hold thousands of people.

Today and tomorrow are the rough days weather wise. It's going to be fine after that.

    Phish Summer 2018 Tour

Bethel Woods is by far the nicest amphitheater in the northeast. Cant believe they havent played there since 2011. Another memorial day weekend there would be amazing.

    Phish Summer 2018 Tour

They should stop worrying about tour logistics and play 2+ weeks of shows in NYC every summer. Problem solved.
