Wtf? Heard someone was hit in the head with a rock. Think this might be nitrous related?

Have we had a great show yet? B+ or A-? I haven’t heard anything from this tour.

Looks like they really jammed last night. How’d it all sound? For a tour opener, that’s a monster set list with some long run times on some tracks. 14 min MOMA?!

You can only get those posters at the show, right?
  5. No, but why? What’s the word?

So this is coming out: That’s cool and all, but man, spending a fortune on vinyl reissues of stuff I already have just isn’t a priority for me.

The bit about the Dead at the end was good. That it never occurred to Bobby to wear a “Garcia” 49ers jersey is so perfect.

Oh, it’s like a snorting laugh! Yeah that’s kind of annoying. I don’t know a lot about Brad. Just the rumors we all know and the few moments he pops up in Bittersweet. His energy is a bit much.

My 3rd show. I did Atlanta and Raleigh. Skipped Maryland and hit Va. Beach. By then, I was pretty much all in, but that encore was the thing. I floated out of that venue. Edit: I’m gonna listen to the interview tonight, but hearing about Brad’s apparent sinus issues has me a little wary. Edit 2: I’ll never forget the old school Deadhead next to us who was pissed off that Phish was playing Dead. He kept saying NO for the first 3 Minutes or so. Then “INSPIRATION!” and he threw his hands in the air and just started dancing. 😊

Yeah that tube is good isn’t it? Not too long and funky as hell.

New Live Phish release: 9-18-99. Opens with Tweezer and has a 20+ min Boogie On in the second set. I've never heard this show.

Can't believe SOTG is 20! That was the first album Phish released after I became a fan and is still probably my favorite. I remember buying it the day it came out and listening to it nonstop for days. I didn't have a lot of shows on tape or cd at the time, so the studio stuff was played a ton. Meat is the rare phish song that works better on the album than on stage. Edit: It's been said before but bears repeating. Trey is hilarious and a great storyteller.

If they don’t release it for the 20 year anniversary, I’m sort of doubtful. I was so sure we’d get it in 2010. Ive read interviews with some of the band members about Cypress, and I think Trey said he never wanted to listen to it again. The show was perfect in his memory, he did t want to ruin it by going back and playing the tapes. To that I say, let Mike do it.
